Update!

Well hello again! I just completed an Allure magazine survey and that inspired me to come back and tell you how I'm doing! I've been five years smoke-free and sober for a month. In that month I lost eight pounds and I look five years younger. Since I got married three years ago I tried to drink wine in moderation, and even after last I posted I was still experimenting with it. I failed enough times and realized alcohol is too much of a depressant to be worth it. Now my anxiety, guilt, and fear are permanently gone again. Thanks for coming back and welcome beautiful newbies!!

This morning's smoothie:

2 cups local watermelon if you can get it!
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Juice of one lime

Peace, love, and transformation!!

Well, I missed you!!

hello!

Day two, after a week here and a month there and a couple days there since October 31, 2014. I'm not beating myself up, I am just made the decision to be sober again after a year and some months thinking if I should have a glass of wine here and there or just quit overall. What is really best for me from my mind and my body really, is to quit completely. There is a book by Jason Vale that opened my eyes called kick the drink easily! That is a brilliant read if you are struggling with alcohol. Even after one drink (which has turned into four or five occasionally) I'll still feel guilty the next morning. I hated spending nine dollars to $15 on a glass of wine. And then thinking what it does to my body, I even get tired after one drink. Honestly now, I have a better sense of well-being being sober. I know I have flip-flopped, which is easy to do. Heck, it took me seven years to quit smoking! And I am well over two years quit now. Today's lesson is not beating yourself up, but keep going and know what you want in the long run. There than plenty nights where I think I would have more fun having a drink, or I want to relax. But really it's not worth it for me.

On a brighter note, I am doing yoga every day and I received Zumba workout in one of those subscription boxes which is totally over-the-top fun. I recommend you do some kind of fun exercise every day. And don't forget to do what you love meaning hobbies, dancing while cleaning, etc. I am now 123 pounds. Before I quit drinking in 2011 for the first time, I was 148.

Listen to your body. That is the key to having of the film life. Don't eat if you're not hungry, eat if you are. Put whole foods into your body. Yesterday I made a really good siba noodle and pork tenderloin salad, however I ended up having four servings in two hours. And now I feel a little sluggish and my eyes are slightly puffy. I can say for now I don't feel bad because HEY, I'm not drinking! But from here on out 90% of the time I will listen to my body for now which will turn into 100% hopefully in a month.

Peace, love, and no beating up!

Im starting a book.

I’ll open a new blog called How To Really Quit Drinking. Today. On St. Patrick’s Day. How perfect! I expect at least 100,000 hits tomorrow. Also working on a full book. Believe you me, I am an expert now on quitting research, personally and professional articles. Thing is, if you followed ths blog from day one, I found a crapload of quit-smoking articles, books, and movies. Alcohol? AA. That was about it. This Atheist had to dig deep to find educational material on the effects of alcoholism. Don’t get me wrong, AA was exceedingly educational, I just wanted other outlets and honestly, scare tactics. With smoking you are bombarded by photos in ads  of people with holes in their throats, pictures on Truth.org with black lungs, rotting teeth, and mouth sores, and eve the Bodies touring exhibit has a black foot. Please one person tell me a PSA they’ve seen of a gross body part due to alcohol abuse. A fatty liver, please, or outrageous behavior in a bar. Seen those ads or commercials? Ah there are the crashed car due to drunk driving, yes. We do have that. And the threats of being arrested if you are under age or also driving, but are those as strong as the smoking ads? I quit both drinking and smoking at once, but it wasn’t easy. I have a plethora of personal experience in how I finally did it on my own and I can’t wait to share it with you.

On the anger book (never post stuff like this on FB by the way, I became very discouraged by my ‘friends’ who said they’d be happy to punch a stranger), well I’ll be blogging and working on that lso. Stay tuned!

Anger Management

I have been inspired by the road ragers, annoyed movie-goers, mall trampers, and the like to write a book. Since childhood I have been saddened and frustrated that people  "don't care" for strangers and don't treat them like their own family members. Yes I mean that. My husband received a nasty letter on his car right after Thanksgiving when it was about four inches over the line. If it was this angry person's own grandmother's car of course the letter would never come to mind. Also hubby's friend was confronted yesterday by perturbed stranger because he said he was talking too loudly at the bar they were in. My other friend butted in and almost got punched. Because our buddy was talking loudly? COME ON!! Is it harsh to say that we just don't care for people we don't know? Really attitude can make or break a person's day. Can we teach this in schools? Does it have to be posted in the media? What can we do? Yes it matters because everyone wants to be respected. And more situations I hear of or experience is really making my blood boil. People die from arguments. Stress an kill or harm one's health. This is an issue no one is taking action on and yes we should. I just need to figure out how to structure the book. On the alcohol note yes getting pissed off can also lead you to drink.

I'm alive...

and more than well! I got married in October! Smober since January with one relapse shortly after my last post in July however all is well. I do have some internal "stuff" I'd like to share but this year has been the best year since I can remember.

I do feel anxieties now and again even on the Citalopram but exercise (the rebounder, Pilates, and yoga) melts it away. I am reading Gabrielle Bernstein's book "May Cause Miracles" and that is huge. I catch my self doing the stinkin thinkin then I do her meditations. I still feel 'lazy' sometimes and I would, like you, do something I love making money from it as a full-time job. All I have to say is go for it. I'm thinking of writing a book based on visualizing what food you eat is doing inside you. I'm hoping that would help America's obesity epidemic. There are already plenty of food effects mood and beauty diet books out, but none I've seen about grossing yourself out by picturing what that pizza is going through your body or your stomach pstretching from pounds of junk food. Maybe I'll just do that right here or start another blog. Or website.

Writing here is total therapy for me, and I already feel better from my current negative thoughts. The common ones most peeps have like, "I'm not good enough", "I'm lacking interest", and "There's too much competition." Like Bernstein says you have to believe in miracles, and many have come to me in this best year of my life! I'm in an art gallery and sold two pieces already, I got married to a diamond in the rough, I now just have the occasional five ounces of wine with food and I am completely grossed out by smoking, I'm the fittest I've ever been and dropped any physical self-esteem issues, and I know I am pretty damn cool in general. That secret is to eat well, exercise doing something you love, and know that only you have access to your mood. Don't stew, just turn on the switch.

Appreciating.

Go through your closet.

I was tempted about five times to buy this pencil skirt online only to figure out I have one that I "had to have" last Christmas and never wore. What also is amazing is moving your clothes around. My blacks were in the back (yes I color coordinate) and whites in the front. Guess what color I wore the most? This is helping me weed out clothes to eBay it up ( a term coined by my bf, which the relationship has never been better and is honestly the #1 thing keeping me somber) or take to the consignment shop. I already made about $150 from the shop and $111 on eBay. People eBay it up for a living. Since I am unemployed and have a ton of good crap I never use.....

I am going to Costa Rica with a good friend for a week yoga retreat. I have been yogaing it up 43 times as a studio challenge and I haven't looked better. Between yoga and 85% raw eating, I feel fabulous.

I'm also going to smoothie it up again. Annoyed yet?

The cleanse and no denim

Well the bentonite clay cleanse worked! I lost an inch off my waist and I slimmed down all over in just a week. I highly don’t reccommend eating a huge bowl of brown rice and pesto afterwards though. Im in bed nursing my fuzzy head and sour stomach now. It makes me want to stick to raw, energizing foods.

I am addicted to Gwenyth Paltrow’s website Goop.com and she had an article about wearing absolutely no jeans for a week. I had fun doing it and when you quit a bad habit it’s helpful to keep yourself beautiful like trying new outfits in your closet, new makeup, or new hairstyles.

Helloooo!!!

I didn't forget you! I'm six months smobergirl and still happy with boyfriend, which our six month anniversary is today. I am in the middle of a yoga challenge in a local studio: 65 classes in 99 days. Class 29 is in five minutes. I lost 12 pounds in the last six months. I eat mostly raw until the evenings. I do cheat a lot with meat and cheese because my bf and I eat out a lot. Add refined carbs to that list! But I still lost, blame the yoga and mini trampoline. Tracy Anderson's arm workouts are also insanely effective if I am consistent with them. I have never been happier. Karma is real and my life has never been better. I am going on a yoga retreat with a friend to Costa Rica for the first time in August for a week. Starting on Sunday we are cleansing for one week so I am getting ready by making smoothies in advance and I have a crap ton of greens in the fridge. I just over-starved myself today and resorted to eating two cups of pasta so don't do that!! I can really tell what is good and bad for me by listening to my body. More on a great article I read on addiction later, sooner than later I promise!

Temptation

I'm not talking wine and cigs though, but processed foods, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, caffeine overload, and excessive online shopping. By the way hello and long time no blog! Eating light-to-heavy immensely works for me since I discovered Kimberly Snyder's blog. I also found the fountain of youth in water-based fruits and veggies along with jumping on the rebounder ( that's a mini-trampoline) almost every day. Then I sprained my ankle about a month ago. It's close to 100% now but I noticed a huge difference in my body. I also have been doing Tracy Anderson's arm exercises on YouTube which are doing wonders as well, great for not being able to jump on my left foot. I'm now going to put my second glass of iced coffee back in the fridge (to save money the man and I get Starbucks VIA instant coffee) and going to get a glass of water instead. Then in a few minutes I'll get on the tramp and forget any of the binge eating happened. I really want to blame singer Colin Hay for telling the audience last night at a local venue that he lives off of coffee since he quit drinking. So I thought today not only I can VIA binge, but eat an entire lentil wrap in lavash bread and six flax crackers dipped in light cream cheese and a chocolate pot de crime with whipped cream. Boy it was heaven though and does it sound THAT evil?

Breakfast still consists of fruit, maybe superfood jam on Ezekiel bread, and I'll go back to soup and salad for lunch and the heavy stuff for dinner. I can absolutely feel the difference and it makes perfect sense to eat energizing, fresh foods during the day.

The Internet is ruinning my life. Well Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com did so I cut up my card. I also stopped buying designer anything online. I decided to stick to my 'going green in 2013' motto. I only buy for charity or vintage. I also heard a Dave Matthews song on the XM radio today, "What I want is what I've got and what I need is all around me." It's time to do another appreciate what I have month.

Raw pad thai

There’s a local Salt Lake City vegan cafe (a favorite of Moby, one of my favorite musicians) who serves a raw pad Thai that’s over $15. So I created my own. Any cabbage and greens will do for the base. I’m into maché right now, along with shredded brussels sprouts and cabbage. Then I spiral slice zucchini and carrots. Beets are divine in this too. Crumble on a handful of walnuts. Tear up broccoli florets into tiny pieces. mince garlic and jalapeño. All raw!! Then add sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, and sesame seeds. Bok choi is also ideal for this. Enjoy!

Lime cleanses.
Garlic prevents cancers and cleans the blood.
Walnuts have vitamin E and protein.
Broccoli is “The Tree Of Life” one of the best superfoods.
Greens have chlorophyll.
Cabbage and brussels sprouts have tons of nutrients.
Tamari is gluten-free.
There’s protein in sesame seeds.
Onions clean the blood and help with weight loss.
Jalepeño contains capsaicin and boosts the immune system.

I’m also hooked on the rebounder, which is toning the CRAP out of my body. Jumping on a mini tramp also cleans the lymph as well as giving you buns O’ steel. You can buy a DVD but I watch this bootlegged Tracy Anderson workout vid, she’s a trainer to Gweneth Paltrow. I also love her toning arm workout, free online. Thanks YouTube!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtUEr_oy_o4

That’s one lesson I learned, nine times out of ten I’ll use a workout DVD I buy once. Maybe twice. So I rent them through Netflix and watch free ones on YouTube now. I am still going to hot yoga however I only use online coupons for those. I save money and my waistline.

Diet is also 80% of your bod, so treat it right. I made Snyder’s GGS this morning and had 1/2 of an avocado sprinkled with pink salt and red pepper flakes. I made raw macaroons, also from Kim S. with almond milk for a snack. Tonight I may splurge in pasta I got with the bf at Tony Caputo’s yesterday. Yes I have still not been happier! He’s getting me back in the golf game too. My mom is so proud.

Appreciate.

I went through my closet again this morning, after donating six bags to the consignment shop and weeded out more yoga pants (had to be done). In three weeks I'm picking up my third check from the store tomorrow. Then instead of buying more bath salts I am using these Trapani sea salts I got last year (for cooking) and never ate. Add in some essential oil and voila! Fancy bath time. I'm so smart!

Back in smoothie business

Yesterday at a local pub for St. Patrick’s Day (don’t worry I just had a water with lemon and a bowl of pesto pasta) my neighbors asked me why I haven’t posted any smoothies on FB recently. So I cranked out two today: The Hungover Leprechaun and the Carrot Ginger orange Thief. Get my recipes on http://www.radiantsmoothies.blogspot.com

Life is good. The bf is a huge inspiration and keeps me eating healthy as well as playing golf and going to a bounce house (!) with him, and he encourages me to improve my condo and art. We say we are puzzle pieces, we really click and help each other in so many ways!

I'm Aliiiiiiiiiive!!

Hello friends and hopefully new readers from Catalyst magazine! I meant to update this since January 5 but A: I met a boy (eeeeeeeeee!) and 2: We have been attached at the hip. (EEEEEEEEEEE!) I have never felt more wanted, respected, and loved...probably ever. He is also mentally and physically fit, forgiving, hot (doesn't hurt!), and the most loving man I have ever met. He, is my new sober tool. Oh yeah and we're on the same freaking serotonin boosters so it must be love!

C: I came running back because I am also featured in this amazing food article.
http://catalystmagazine.net/component/k2/item/2181-plant-based-diets-and-personal-transformations

In the last two months I lost at least five more pounds, my "Homer face" belly is dramatically diminished, I did hot yoga religiously, and three days ago I discovered an ultimate endorphin booster: The mini tramp! Formally known as the 'rebounder', I find jumping on it for at least 20 minutes gives me a high then total relaxation. 45 minutes sharpens my brain, gets me higher, and makes me feel grateful for all that I am and everything I have. It also inspires me to eat even cleaner and drink more water than iced coffee. 😉

Have a beautiful night and I'm sorry I disappeared. Won't happen again.

Cheering up with berries.

Fruit, especially berries and citrus (the latter known as a natural anti-depressant) can really brighten your mood. It's that tartness that makes you force a smile! I made this very pretty salad today. It's peppery arugula, microgreens, basil, pomegranate seeds, and strawberries with just a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Poms are still in season and you can find some huge ones out there. Look at those beauties, it's jewelry for salad! I feel cheery indeed and cleansed. I think I have been depriving myself hence craving the bad 'treats", meaning wine and Nat Sherman's. I'm going back to any other crave when I want those two so bad: Frozen hot chocolate, Crown Burger, filet mignion, mousse cake at SL RoCo, whatever floats my boat (rootbeer that is). When I indulge in those I really need a little to satisfy. Okay sometimes I do suck down all 20 ounces of Hatch's frozen dark hot choc, but I don't get headaches or cough! I'm also pretty good at balance and moderation now, as well as eating/drinking shit-tons of raw greens. I also cut out cheese again and I think that's causing tantrums. However I am so grateful to have what I have and for everything that I am. I kinda beat myself up not working out in three whole days, but I can't because I did 20 calf lifts on the escalator today, and I had a nice hour-long walk. I'll do some kind of stretching at least tonight if I don't do Combat that just came in the mail, or kettle bells, or even hip hop with Shaun T.

Feeling 'brighter'. Eat some tart fruit!

Good and the bad-ish

I ate all vegan today with the exception of Jr. Mints at the movies. Django Unchained. If I appreciate Tarantino's love for old 60's campy westerns and had to see a surprising performance by an almost unrecognizable Samuel L. Jackson, should I feel guilty?

Breakfast: 1 glass lemon water, 8 ounces iced coffee, 16 of a spinach, banana, lemon, pineapple smoothie. Lunch: Gwyneth Paltrow's chickpea salsa in lettuce cups. Snack, 3/4 of a Jr. Mints box, frozen. Dinner: Pineapple stir fry in my new Christmas Le Cruset skillet!

I'm going to try Les Mills Combat on DVD tomorrow.

Happy New Year!

Now feel free to pooh pooh me. (I just wanted to say pooh pooh) I have this twisted idea that NYE should be celebrating you, and not getting plastered and feeling shitty the next day. Last night I watched the Rockin' NYE on the tele, reminiscing the AB flashbacks, eating Amy's vegan burritos and almond milk with a bit of gluten-free brownies. I felt refreshed this morning, went to a friend's vegan cafe and had a healthy, lucky, black-eyed pea and kale soup. I took home some vegan tacos and had them after my pedicure at 2pm. I took a bath, used my massage pillow, did light yoga. Then I played with the cat, watched Die Hard With A Vengeance, and had a salty (oops) Beto's bean burrito with NO CHEESE but pico de gallo requested instead, and more raw yam sticks in salsa. I'm drinking lemon cuke water and I made a spinach, pineapple, grape, hemp, and chilled water smoothie for tomorrow. I'll also make more of my own soups in the future and Gwenyth Paltrow's recipes on her Goop website. There's a chickpea salsa that looks awesome, and a carrot ginger dressing that looks more amazing.

I could really feel the heaviness and dehydration from the Beto's burrito. I was fine on the two Amy's.  It’s definitely smarter to get products with nutrition labels on them. I’m going to hot yoga at noon, then I'll make a soup, salad, and those healthy snacks. Going to also stock up on Brazil nuts and try eating 1 spoonful of olive oil a night. I saw it on Goop.

Have a beautiful 2013!

Goin' Green in '13

Okay this was supossed to be about my lovely plan for next year and how I'm going to ban sweatshops and only buy local and organic fare (food, clothes, makeup) but honestly I need more clothes because I'M FREEZING MY BUTT OFF. No I have every clothing item I need I should just layer up. Got the heat cranked to 75 and it's 10 outside. The water heater broke, my oven isn't working and the dishwasher has a clogged puddle on the bottom WHY??? Everything breaks at once. But you know, it is so very true that happiness is inside you. I really don't mind to be honest. I think it's the cold almond milk and okay, iced coffee, I drank which are making me shiver. I still get very warm water just not scalding which I don't have to have, I still got a nice bath out of it. The dishwasher still functions with said clogged filter, sorta, and duh I can hand wash you lazy bum! Those attempted baked sweet potato fries ended up being tasty raw sticks that actually tasted like carrots. Life is still good! There's your lesson. Make what you weren't expecting good. And get some damn warmer clothes on woman.

Breakfast: Chocolate Shakeology with fresh strawberries, chia, maca, and frozen banana. Lunch: Big-ass kale salad. Dinner: Vegan brownie, almond milk, and two Amy's black bean vegan burritos smothered in TJ's hot sauce. Hey it's New Years Eve and I had a par-tay in my mouth. Iced coffee.

It's 9:00 pm and I'm hitting the hay early. I watched the tribute to Dick Clark, which as delightful and emotional. Well I mean now I'm in my bed and I'll be playing on my laptop until I pass out. SOBER pass out. I did 'Swan Arms' on my Ballet Beautiful DVD and can we say lactic acid? There is much pain in grace, let me tell ya, but if I want those slender arms...

Happy New Year!!

Stay warm,

Smobergirl

bad influence

At least I'm not.....and.....

Eating a plate of bacon, in bed, sharing with the cat, and it's WONDERFUL.

To each his own when it comes to overcoming a bad habit. I'll say now I blame the holidays, but maybe it's the best time so you can indulge in sweets, ham, and other indulgences instead of cigarettes and alcohol. When I first succeeded in a 6-month quit in 2002 which really didn't seem to be a big deal, what helped me was one frapuccino with whip a night for a week. Everyone is different. I know that alcohol is full of sugar and carbs so I immediately want the sweet stuff, and salt to counter-act the sugar I guess. During my big 1-year-ish quit in 2010-11 I first gained five pounds (Two dinners per night, anyone?) then two months to six later I lost a total of 30. When you quit smoking it is normal to gain 5, and only five folks. So don't worry that you'll become obese if you quit smoking. Just be wise in the long-term. I became the smoothie queen after I quit. That really helped my mind, my weight, and my esteem. Mmmm....bacon. Yeah like drinking a week ago, the excuse that I'd stop next year, I'm going pescotarian/vegan in 2013 so I gorged on the last four bacon strips. Cheat before the NY. For the record I sopped up the crap out of my griddle with paper towels while the strips were cooking, then patted them down with more on a plate. "Mopping" up is very smart, especially on pizza. I'm also exercising like a MF. What happened was is that Trader Joe's opened late November, and this month I ran into a package of their apple wood-smoked bacon and my auto pilot just grabbed it.  I had no control honestly. It's been sitting in the fridge for week and I couldn't let it go bad! You know it will be strawberry smoothies tomorrow. I think I'll try to make a visually non-puke colored one tomorrow and do strawberry, orange, acai, chia, and maca. Mmmmm. I also obeyed my 'good with the bad' rule tonight and drank 2 glasses of lemon-cucumber water after the bacon.

I still feel more bonded with my family. My father called tonight. My annual AZ trip with my mom is in a month, and then I visit Dad in Cali before April. Life is good and I am blessed. And bacon twice a year won't kill ya. It's the holidays. Even my idols say indulge!

Love,

SG

Hell Week is over.

Une semaine

I feel more connected to my family. The 'rents came over last night and really liked my 'clean' place (They didn't see me run around like a chicken with it's head cut off for four hours. That was my workout.) I got into another lazy rut after my mom came for 'early Christmas'. Now everything is spotless. I'm so relieved. Sometimes it takes guests for you to "Spring clean".

No craves, well a few minor ones but the AB (I found it in a purse) prevented any action. I've been working out like crazy and I'm back into fitting into the Gap/Banana Republic/J. Crew standard size 2 and xs. The hot yoga works and I went to a challenging power class this week from one of my favorite teachers I haven't been to in ages. After hot yoga, everything else is cake. I also got Ballet Beautiful on DVD and I signed up for pilates classes at a new gym. I also got free passes to a gym right next to me. I am ready to jump-start the new year. Now I just need to replace the kettlebell I swung on the floor, causing sand to go everywhere. I love that workout. That and a gazillion chaturangas is really toning up my guns which I've been complaining were too fat most of my life. Total ego boost.

I did eat my weight in pork products on Christmas, but after then it was temple food except for the occasional bite of Christmas sweets and vegan brownies. I did try to eat a garlic and cheese pizza yesterday but I had the visualization of gobs of saturated fat clogging my arteries. It was delicious though so I was in plenty of split-decision pain and agony. Breakfast has been avocado or tomato toast. I made a 'green' strawberry banana lemon smoothie today (found on my smoothie blog http://www.radiantsmoothies.blogspot.com) which actually turned brown but it's quite tasty. More vegan cafes are popping up and I'm visiting Sage's more so that's nice. I look awesome. I'm fitting into clothes better, and my energy is coming back.

5:15

The past two mornings I've been waking up at exactly 5:15. Yesterday I went to a friend's hot yoga class at 6:00 and she and I were the only ones, we had a great time giggling and sweating. I realize that I need to make goals for cleaning up my act. A friend yesterday brought up my last drunk post, which was Saturday on the social network, and that made my last half of the day miserable. However waking up at 5:15 again made me smile and my hopes are up once again. No yoga at 6 for I was dog tired all day about two hours after the 'private session' with my friend. After this I'll try to go back to sleep. I got another stone Buddha to go with the one I got for my birthday in 2010 and that makes me serene as well.

Goals: I have the annual Arizona trip with my mom on the first week of February. I only have four instant iced coffee packs left and I either tossed or gave away holiday treats containing sugar that I have received. Shards of glass! (see Dr. Oz) I set my alarm for 8:30 and I'll make a smoothie of pineapple, coconut oil, banana, romaine, spinach, maca, and chia seeds. You know a spoonful of chia can tie you over until your next meal. Apples are also fantastic for that. The exercise goal is to mix up my workout for a month. I have my kettle bell and Ballet Beautiful DVDs, yoga, five spinning passes, and I think that should do it. Fruit for breakfast, soup and salad for lunch, veggies, fish, and grains for dinner. No sugar, switching to the boatloads of tea I have in the pantry (for Christmas I even got a tea strainer to-go mug and a cast iron tea pot), no dairy, and no processed food including bread. Alcohol is sugar and don't let me go into what is in cigarettes. I can't turn a blind eye anymore and this blog is not serving it's purpose. I'm also sick of being a broken record and beating myself up because I haven't been successful and not a good role model. Well, I'm trying. Hey it's early ;) The point is working out works and eating better helps maintain my goals. When you drink crap you also tend to eat crap. When I work out I don't even think about smoking. It's gotten to the point where I'll have to work out 5-6 days a week. But hey is that bad? Not only food can improve your mood but a good workout can make you elated! Even though I was sleepy all day, I was calm and focused yesterday because I went to hot yoga at freaking 6 am.

Love,

SG
