I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. My life dramatically changes for the better without cigarettes and alcohol.

Dangit. I swear I had two brilliant ideas for paintings last night right before bed. Now they are gone. :(
