I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. My life dramatically changes for the better without cigarettes and alcohol.

Well well. If it is true all I can do is stop and see if I feel better over the months. Thing is it should be in my bod for another 2.
