A wheatgrass smoothie

I found this on the Vita-Mix site.

Wheat Grass Cocktail
Yield: 2 cups (480 ml)

1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1 cup (160 g) grapes
1/2 cup (75 g) pineapple
1/2 cup wheat grass
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
