I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. My life dramatically changes for the better without cigarettes and alcohol.

(cont.) local bands is still a rewarding process. I'm eating healthy today and still spoiling my cats with fresh raw fish. I'll be okay.
