I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. My life dramatically changes for the better without cigarettes and alcohol.

keeps going down and it could be the shakes. I'm also starting to "see" smaller, toned arms through my thick ones.
