I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. Feeling better! Ate pretty healthfully and took my suppliments. Studied for my first nutrition test. There's actually a bit about alcohol. I'm beat but I will elaborate tomorrow.
