I originally quit bingeing on wine and imported cigarettes on May 17, 2010 and stayed smober for over a year, which I lost 30 pounds and changed my life, skin, and attitude. My life dramatically changes for the better without cigarettes and alcohol.

Before I FINALLY got to bed.
One of the side effects of quitting: Insomnia.
If you need help this is a chat room where you can immediately connect with other recoverers. I just found it last night and I think it's pretty helpful, especially if you need to talk to someone right away.
